Our food grade rose buds are not only beautiful to look at with an unmistakable aroma, they're also known for various health benefits when brewed and consumed as a tea. 

The beautiful rose bud is believed to have been used for centuries in ancient medicine.

From the Pingyin Rose (China Rose), they're picked at a young age and then dried to preserve their aroma, colour and shape.

Potential health benefits of rose buds include:

Rose buds can also be added to tea varieties and other herbal blends to enhance your cuppa with a rosy aroma and taste!

Approximately 4-5 rosebuds (or 1 teaspoon) per 200ml
Brew 5-10 mins in water 90-100 degrees Celsius.

Add honey to sweeten if desired
