DAMIANA HERB - TURNERA DIFFUSA
Traditionally, Damiana leaves have been used as an aphrodisiac by natives of Mexico, including the Mayan Indians. Known uses include: Enhancing both male and female sexual stimulation, increased energy, asthma, depression, impotence and menstrual problems.
Historically damiana has also been used to relieve anxiety, nervousness, and mild depression, especially if these symptoms have a sexual component. The herb is also used as a tonic to improve overall general wellbeing. Damiana is consumed as a herbal tea, can be used in a tincture and is also a smoke-able herb.
Ingredients: Damiana Leaf Cut - Turnera diffusa
1/2-1 tspn per 200ml, brew 10-20mins 100⁰C. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar if desired.
