There is no magic potion for weight loss. For full benefits we recommend drinking this tea in conjunction with the commencement of a regular exercise regime and maintaining a balanced diet, including reducing consumption of simple carbohydrates and limiting refined sugars, alcohol, preservatives and artificial ingredients.The rule of thumb? Expend more energy than you consume.
Consume twice daily, morning afternoon. We do not recommend drinking this tea after 5pm as it contains caffeine.
Brew 2g (approx 1tspn) of Slim Me Organic in one cup of almost boiling water for 3-6 minutes.

Yerba Mate: This herb from South America is known for improving such things as mental clarity and vitality. Apart from containing amino acids, vitamins, minerals antioxidants, theobromine and theophylline, yerba mate also contains caffeine, even though herbs in generally are usually caffeine free. These components all assist to stimulate the central nervous system causing thermogenesis, suppress appetite, increase urine output and may assist to relax muscles.
Pu-erh Tea: This tea is processed differently than other tea, undergoing an aging processes. Similar to the two ingredients mentioned above, antioxidants and other substances in pu-erh assist in stimulation of the central nervous system, help the body to metabolize fat, may help reduce cholesterol levels and promote heart health. Pu-erh may also help to break down and eliminate body toxins which contribute to weight gain.
Dandelion Leaf: Dandelion leaves contain calcium, zinc, potassium, fibre, iron, along with vitamins A, B, C and D. As well as supporting liver function, dandelion leaves offer support to the digestive system. This herb may also encourage fat metabolisation and help promote normal blood sugar levels. Dandelion leaf is a natural diuretic.
