Shipping 

Once we have processed your order your purchase will be prepared for dispatch that same day where ever possible.

Orders will be delivered to your shipping address. To ensure safe delivery of your package you may wish to provide your work address as your shipping address. 

Please check your country's customs requirements and any applicable duties/taxes. This is not the responsibility of QTea.

Shipping charges may vary for larger orders. Wherever QTea's contracted postal provider's shipping charges for these larger orders exceed amounts beyond which we have the capacity to include/charge on this website, we will contact you to inform and confirm actual shipping/postage charges as determined by and in accordance with our postal providers prior to acceptance, processing and confirmation of your order.

QTea will not be held responsible for excess shipping charges as determined by our postal providers.

No contract for your purchase will be agreed to by QTea without your confirmation and acceptance of any over-riding or excess shipping charges for larger orders.

 

Returns

All of our products are checked thoroughly prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality and condition of your items. For this reason, if an item is received by you in a damaged condition, QTea will not be held liable for this damage caused in transit, this will be an issue for the postal provider and we will do our utmost to work with you and the postal provider to rectify this. In the event you feel you have reasonable cause for complaint about your order you must contact us immediately at info@qtea.com.au to report the matter. 

You can not change your mind about an order once dispatched.

If a return is made the item must be unused and in it's original, undamaged packaging, and mailed to QTEA, PO Box 2178, Graceville 4075, Qld Australia.
