ORGANIC CINNAMON VERUM Cinnamomum zeylanicum

Most of the cinnamon found in our foods and purchased from supermarkets is known as Cinnamon Cassia (Cinnamomum Cassia). This is the most widely used cinnamon. However, it's not "true" cinnamon, but a much cheaper imitation of true Cinnamon Verum. In fact, it's not even from the same plant.

True Sri Lankan Cinnamon:

is primarily cultivated in Sri Lanka and Madagascar, and just some of the health benefits which may be derived from this beautiful and aromatic spice are:
